Lida Timber AB's policy is to try to deliver, as far as possible,
quality fault-free products within a good working environment.

For Lida Timber, this means:

We check, document and count incoming goods.

We work to clearly specified work orders, with associated documentation.

We check, measure and document during production.

We reconcile incoming raw material volumes against outgoing volumes.

We package according to pre-defined standards.

We count in the correct volume, ship out the same, and keep records.

We store documents so that we can easily trace which raw material has
been used for which customer, and its origin.

We constantly carry out stock checks in order to have the correct information always to hand.

We carry out continuous servicing and maintenance at our works.

We strive hard for safety at work.

We put much time and effort into internal controls.

All our employees are well-informed about our customers.

We are continually trying to improve our procedures.

We are currently not ISO certified, but in practice we work as if we were.
